The cost of living at HOMEPLACE Senior
Healthcare Apartments varies with apartment size and the amount of
personal care arranged. Typically, living at The HOMEPLACE costs
about half the amount of a nursing home, yet our apartments and common
areas are much more spacious and attractive. We welcome both tenants
who privately pay, as well as those receiving assistance.

Apartments has a proud history of working effectively with tenants receiving
government assistance. Those who are in need of such help should
first contact their local county human services agency for approval and
