Services We Provide
Registered Care HOMEPLACE Senior Healthcare Apartments provide assisted living in a Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) -- a registered entity with the State of Wisconsin, governed by Department of Health and Family Services DHFS administrative code 89. Our tenants retain their freedom and independence by having their own apartment homes, while receiving selected services. Couples can stay together. Family members can visit and even make reservations to spend the night at a minimal cost. HOMEPLACE Communities are certified to work with county assistance and Medicaid reimbursement. Personal Care A personal caregiver is on duty 24 hours a day. Each tenant can arrange for up to 28 hours per week of care. New tenant contracts include the following services:
aPersonal care supervised by qualified nursing staff aPhysician-ordered services as needed aSafe & Secure Building with 24 hour access aHousekeeping services aIndividual laundry services aBeauty and Barber Shop is open Tuesday & Thursday by appointment only. aCoordination with YOUR Doctors & Transportation aPlanned community activities aFamily-style meals aHospice Care arrangements can also be made. aWe adapt as your needs change. As our tenants age and the need for personal care increases, The HOMEPLACE can provide up to 28 hours of personal care per week.
For most of our tenants, The HOMEPLACE will be the last moving decision they really need to make.
